The Gibraltar Candytuft (Iberis gibraltarica) is native to North Africa and unique in that Gibraltar is the only place it grows wild on mainland Europe.

It is the national flower of Gibraltar and the inspiration behind our second premium gin. Bright grapefruit, tangy lemon, and sweet orange are balanced with a delicate, sun-blushed peach note.

Candytuft seeds add the distinctive character that gives this New Western Dry Gin the true Spirit of the Rock.

Serving Suggestion
