An homage to the Naval officers’ favourite tipple of 1793 — stored below deck beside gunpowder, where strength was not optional.

At 57% ABV, the rule was simple: if it could survive a spill and still fire, it was worth sailing with. We kept the standard — and refined everything else.

Bright citrus from lemon and bitter orange peel meets the warm spice of cardamom, creating a gin that is bold, structured and unmistakably clean.
